Before I became involved in the world of Pyrotechnics, my background was in the UK nuclear industry where I primarily worked in IT and Quality.

Thanks to my extensive experience in this most safety-critical and demanding of sectors, I developed a passion for the attention to detail which is so essential to deliver quality and safety.

I combined this with years of hands-on technical experience in pyrotechnics, with training and management skills gained within a variety of corporate environments.
My time in the nuclear industry has firmly established exacting quality and safety standards, reinforced by training and team leadership skills.
I enjoy working with people to deliver great results and favour imparting knowledge through personal coaching in my role as "the guide by the side" with Illuminate Consult.
